<br />You are hereby notified that Paul L. Schafer and Patricia M. Schafer, as husband and wife, as Tnustors, did on or about February 24, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Arend R. Haack, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said
<br />Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Nine (9), in W iebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trusters obtained from home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on February 24, 1999, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of ITall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 102001.
<br />On or about February 24, 1999, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded February 24, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 102002.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursumn to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trusters for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, w-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually (Inc.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once (Inc and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisty said obligation.
