<br />West of the 6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />Undivided One -sixth (1/6) interest in Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4SE1/4) of Section Thirty -two (32), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 601 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and Lots One (1) and
<br />Two (2) Mainland, and Lot One (1) Island, in Section Thirty -two (32), Township

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, including the existing Lease to Dean Alan
