<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 16, 1991992, executed by Daniel L. Hartman, A single
<br />person and Thomas L. Hartman, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document # 92- 102063 on the 16th day of March, 1992,
<br />and an Extension Agreement for Deed of Trust dated June 3, 1999 executed by Richard L.
<br />Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #99- 105805 on the 7th day of June,
<br />1999, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />PARCEL 1: THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1 /4) OF SECTION FOUR (4), TOWNSHIP TEN (10)

<br />PARCEL 2: LOT ONE (1) ON THE MAINLAND IN SECTION NINE (9), TOWNSHIP TEN (10), RANGE

<br />OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SE1 /4NE1 /4) CONVEYED TO HARRY W. SCHIMER BY

<br />PARCEL 3: THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (W1 /2NE1 /4) OF SECTION FIVE (5),
<br />TOWNSHIP TEN (10) , RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT THEREFROM AS RECORDED IN APPRAISAL

<br />PARCEL 4: NORTH ONE HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (N1 /2NW1 /4) AND LOTS FOUR (4) AND
<br />FIVE (5), ALL INSECTION TEN (10) TOWNSHIP TEN NORTH (ION), RANGE NINE (9)

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
