Hartman, a single person, in which Five Points Bank is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document # 92- 102063 on the 16th day of March, 1992, <br />and an Extension Agreement for Deed of Trust dated June 3, 1999 executed by Richard L. <br />Hartman and Patricia A.
