DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 16, 1997 executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A.
<br />Hartman, husband and wife and Thomas L. Hartman, a single person and Daniel L. Hartman
<br />and Christy Hartman, Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #97- 103226, on the 29th day of April, 1997,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />TOWNSHIP TEN (10) , RANGE NINE (9) , WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, EXCEPTING A CERTAIN TRACT THEREFROM AS RECORDED IN APPRAISAL
<br />REPORT IN BOOK N, PAGE 411
<br />PARCEL 4: NORTH ONE HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (N1 /2NW1 /4) AND LOTS FOUR (4) AND
<br />FIVE (5), ALL INSECTION TEN (10) TOWNSHIP TEN NORTH (10N), RANGE NINE (9)
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
