DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 16, 1997 executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. <br />Hartman, husband and wife and Thomas L. Hartman, a single person and Daniel L.
