<br />S 1 /2 of Lot 39, in Block "D ", Parkview, Subdivision, an addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in
<br />Survivorship Warranty Deed as Document No. 87- 102613 and excepting a certain tract
<br />therefrom as recorded in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed as Document No. 87- 106566 Also
<br />EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed as
<br />Document No. 87- 106549.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that
<br />Grantor:
<br />L Is lawfully seised of such real estate and that is Gee from encumbrances subject to
<br />easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />2. Ilas legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. Warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />person.
