The undersigned, the Beneficiary in the Deed of Trust referred to in the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance set out below, hereby acknowledges satisfaction of the obligation secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust and requests the Trustee to reconvey the trust property by executing the following

<br />Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -1044,
<br />as Trustee, for the benefit of City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National
<br />Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 349, Iastings, Nebraska 68902 -0349, as Beneficiary, recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 28, 1992, as Instrument No.
<br />92- 104579, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
