EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />200304223 <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this3ckday APR 22003 by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />CARLOS G GUERRERO AND DIANA J GUERRERO, FORMALLY KNOWN AS DIANA <br />JOYCE CASAREZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br />WITNESSETII: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as <br />THE NORTHERLY SIXTY -SIX (66) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK <br />TWENTY -TWO (22), IN RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MARCH 14, 2001, and filed for record on MARCH 22 <br />2001 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />as DOC[JMENT N 0200102303; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of APRIL 1, 2011; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1, MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1, 2013. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
