WARRANTY DEED <br />COPPER EAGLE BREWING COMPANY, L.L.C., GRANTOR, in consideration of <br />ONE AND NO /100 DOLLAR, ($1.00) and cancellation of debt, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
