<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by, Roger S Schnell and Debra A Schnell, husband and wife, as TRUSTOR, to Michael
<br />F. Kivett, as TRUSTEE, for the benefit of Citifinancial, Inc. (MD), as BENEFICIARY,
<br />dated January 9, 2001 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />COUNTY, Nebraska, in Instrument No. 0200100243, has been paid, and said
<br />Citifinancial, Inc. (MD) BENEFICIARY has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered, as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the written request of the BENEFICIARY, the undersigned TRUSTEE does by these
<br />presents GRANT, REMISE, RELEASE, AND RECONVEY to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said TRUSTEE by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises together with all buildings, fixtures,
<br />improvements, and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

<br />Nebraska and being described in a deed dated 05105100 and recorded 05/12/00, among
<br />the land records of the county and state set forth above, and referenced as follows: Book
<br />0200003868 the Easterly 17 feet of lot 19, and all of Lot 20, in Block 5, in Ashton's
<br />Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
