KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TIM C PLATE, A SINGLE PERSON AND RUDOLF F PLATE AND JEANNICE R
<br />PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R HAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 20. 1997 and recorded NOVEMBER 20, 1997 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document 4
<br />97- 109807 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING A DEED OF TRUST
<br />MODIFICATION AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 1998 AND RECORDED
<br />DECEMBER 28, 1998 AS DOC 4 98- 112807;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
