<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Jose V. Torres and Jennifer E. Torres, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or
<br />about April 15, 1998, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The West One Third (W I/3) of Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Seven (7) in
<br />Harm's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a
<br />rectangular tract of ground having a South frontage of Fifty -Three (53) feel and
<br />Eight (8) inches on Charles Street in said City, and a depth of One Hundred and
<br />Six (106) feet, together with a right of way casement over and across the North Ten
<br />(10) feet of the West One Third (W I /3) of said Lot Five (5) for driveway purposes
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed
<br />of Trust which was recorded on April 15, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 103512.
<br />On or about April 15, 1998, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded April 15,
<br />1998, lathe office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 103513.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further mui fled that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to he sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
