<br />o WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among CHRIS G
<br />NIEMOTH AND CAROLINE M NIEMOTH, husband and wife, Truster, and Farmers State
<br />t Bank and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association as Beneficiary, dated .January 31, 2000, and recorded on February 2, 2000, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200000930 has
<br />been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers Stale Bank and Trust company of superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Batik successor to Fanners State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />TIIE WEST TEN (10) FEET OF LOT FIVE (5) AND ALL OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK
<br />SEVENTEEN (17) IN ORICINAL TOWN OF WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY,
