Scobie and Patricia S. Scobie, husband and wife JTROS, as <br />Trustors on December 27, 2000, in which Major Mortgage, was named <br />as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on <br />December 28, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200011197 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to Indymac Bank, FSB on December 27, 2000 and recorded on <br />March 1, 2001 at Instrument No. 0200101586 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to IndyMac Bank FSB of the amount needed to bring <br />this obligation current.
