<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record February 13, 2003, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200301793. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Gerry L. Hanson and
<br />Denise R. Hanson, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary and Corrmrercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, &k/a Commercial Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record April 27,
<br />1989 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />89- 102147.
<br />On or about May 1, 1989, Columbus Federal Savings Back, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded May 24, 1989, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 89- 102049.
<br />The subject property is legally described as follows:

<br />(168) in Belmont, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
