Richard W. Becker died on October 26, 2002, and thirty days <br />have elapsed since the death of the Decedent as shown in the <br />Certified Copy of the Decedent's Death Certificate attached and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />2. The value of the Decedent's interest in all real property in <br />the Decedent's estate located in this state does not exceed TWENTY <br />FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($25,000.00), The value of the Decedent's <br />interest is determined from the value of the property as shown on <br />the assessment roles for the year in which the Decedent died. The <br />Decedent's interest in the real estate located in the state of <br />Nebraska is described as follows: <br />An undivided one -sixth (1/6) interest in and to the <br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE <br />1/4) of Section Twenty --five (25), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, less the tract conveyed by Quitclaim <br />Deed to the State of Nebraska filed of record in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on March 11, 1963, recorded in Book 141 of Deeds, at Page <br />258, and, less the tract condemned for highway purposes <br />shown in the, Appraiser's Report filed in the Office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April <br />10, 1961, recorded in Book 9 of Miscellaneous Records at <br />Page 67, <br />3. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal <br />Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />4. Affiant, the claiming successor, is entitled to the real <br />property by intestate succession under the Nebraska Probate Code as <br />the surviving spouse of the Decedent who left no Last Will and <br />Testament. <br />S.
