<br />undersigned in the event of the uncollectibility for any reason of either the principal or interest or finance charge on
<br />the note and deed of trust hereby assigned or for any other reason, and Assignee shall have no right to indemnity or
<br />contribution from the undersigned for any claim,' demand, cost or damage requested by the borrower on the within
<br />note and deed of trust or for any attorneys' fees incurred by Assignee in defending against any such claim or in
