<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert K McFarland and
<br />Kathleen L McFarland; Husband and Wife; to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 22,1999 and recorded March 29,1999 in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #99- 103182 in the Trust Deed Records of said Comity has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, rendse, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trost in the following described property:
