<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among HARRY .1
<br />GALBRAITH AND PATRICIA A GALBRAITH, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central
<br />National Bank as Trustee and Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Crrand Island as Beneficiary,
<br />dated August 15, 2001, and recorded on August 20, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200108387 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the Written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Tmstee,
