<br />set over, and assign unto The Kurz Family Trust, dated February 24, 2003, Robert D. Kurz

<br />A. All of our lease rights between Kuester Lake, Inc. as the Lessor and Robert
<br />D. Kurz and Marla M. Kurz as the Lessees, and pertaining to:
<br />Lot Ten (10) having a lake front footage of 54 feet, situated on the West side
<br />of the West portion of Kuester Lake and being on a part of the El/2 S W 1 /4
<br />of Section 13, Township 11 N, Range 9 W, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises.
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises:
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 117 for 162 shares of the common stock of
<br />Koester Lake, Inc.
<br />We warrant that we are the owners of the above - described property, improvements and
<br />personal property on the above - described premises; that we are entitled to sell the same; that
<br />said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that T will warrant and defend the title
<br />to said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
