<br />additional collateral for a loan which The Equitable Federal Savings Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, FSB, is making to the undersigned as evidenced by a
<br />Financing Statement filed at the Secretary of State's Office, of the State of
<br />Nebraska as UCC Document No. 9901141142, which Financing Statement was
<br />filed on May 14, 2001.
