<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated December 1,
<br />1997, executed by RICHARD MACKU and DORIS MACKU, Husband and Wife,
<br />as Trustor, in which FIVE POINTS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed
<br />was recorded on June 11, 1998, as Document No. 98- 105604, in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from FIVE POINTS BANK
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, written request to reconvey the real
<br />estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Four (4) , Wilson's
<br />Subdivision, situated in part of Section Three (3), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as more particularly described on Exhibit
<br />"A" attached and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
