MACKU, A Single Person, Grantor, in consideration of <br />- - - -- DIVORCE AND PROPERTY SETTLEMENT - - - - -- receipt of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, conveys to RICHARD L. MACKU, Grantee, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
