DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 200303872 <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by Thomas A. Gibson and Waneta A. Gibson, Trustors, to <br />John R. Higgins, Jr., Trustee, for the benefit of William F. Harris and <br />Virginia M. Harris, Beneficiaries named therein, dated February 2, <br />1999, and recorded as Document No. 99- 101436 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by the beneficiary's endorsement <br />below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, <br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest <br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust deed in the <br />following- described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />The Westerly Half of Lot 2 and all of Lots 3 and 4, all <br />in Block 18, in Rollins Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />DATED this 2 _ day of <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA, <br />County of Hall. <br />Before me, a Notary Public qualified for said County, personally <br />came John R.
