Spulak, a single person is the Grantov'rmstor, U.S. Bank National Association is the Trustee, <br />and U.S. Bank National Bank, ND, is the Beneficiary under that certain Deed of Trust dated March 22, 1999 and <br />recorded on March 24, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 103029 of the Records of Hall County in the State of Nebraska. <br />The trust property affected is legally described as follows: <br />Lot Six (6) except the northerly Sixty (60) feet thereof and all of Lot Five (5), Block Seven (7), <br />South 0Grand Island, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, desires to appoint a new Trustee <br />in place and stead of the Trustee named above; <br />NOW,'IHEREFORE, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints: JERRY J.
