Naomi R. Rueb Good, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration

<br />received from GRANTEES, Albert J. Lawrence and Shirley A. Lawrence,
<br />husband and wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as
<br />tenants in common, the following described real estate as defined
<br />in section 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996,
<br />situated in Hall County Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eight (8) in Amended Block Six (6), Continental
<br />Gardens, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />easements, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and
<br />regulations.
<br />GRANTOR covenants, jointly and severally, with GRANTEES as follows:
<br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real
<br />estate is free from encumbrances;
<br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real
<br />estate to GRANTEES; and
<br />3. GRANTOR warrants and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
