C= <br />C <br />r rn <br />200303'794 <br />Deed Of Trust Subordination Agreement <br />Account No. 80035857098 <br />This Agreement is made this 23rd day of January, 2003, by and between U.S. Bank National <br />Association ND ( "Bank ") and Washington Mutual bank FA ( "Refinancer "). <br />Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the " Junior Deed of Trust") dated April 18, 2000, <br />granted by Christopher M. Mayo and Janet M. Mayo, Husband and Wife ( "Borrower "), and recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on May 12, 2000, as 200003864, encumbering the <br />real property described therein (collectively, the "Property ").
