<br />WHEREAS, a Plat has been prepared by Davis Surveying, Inc. and heretofore approved by
<br />The Regional Planning Commission of Hall County, Grand Island, Wood River, and the Villages
<br />of Aida, Cairo and Doniphan, Nebraska, and the Hall County Board of Supervisors relating to the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Nowka PL. Subdivision, a subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />located in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W /2 SW /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -one (21), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6 °i P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, on dates of approval by The Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors,
<br />and during the entire Plat procedures, Mildred J. Niederhaus, Lynette D. Riggs, Shereen Kay Shafer
<br />and Trent P. Nowka, were also record titleholders of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W /2
<br />SWA) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the owners' Certificate on such Plat was signed only by or on behalf of Wilma
<br />M. Nowka, a single person, the life estate titleholder ofthe West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W /2
<br />SW /4) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, pursuant to Warranty Deed dated March 14, 2000, and filed April 13, 2002, as Instrument
<br />No. 200002942, Hall County, Nebraska, Office of Register of Deeds; and
<br />WHEREAS, Mildred J. Niederhaus, Lynette D. Riggs, Shereen Kay Shafer and Trent P.
<br />Nowka, as record title owners, freely consented to and desired the Plat to be completed; and
<br />WHEREAS, Mildred J. Niederhaus, a single person, Lynette D. Riggs and Will Riggs, wife
<br />and husband, Shereen Kay Shafter and Gary Shafer, wife and husband, and Trent K. Nowka and
<br />Dawn Nowka, husband and wife, desire to ratify and confirm such Plat as record title owners of the
<br />real estate which is the subject of such Plat;
