<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated December E
<br />1, 1992, wherein Robert L. Shriner, Jr. and Pamela J. Shriner, Husband and Wife, were the Trus-
<br />tors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on December 3, 1992, as Document No. 92- 110433 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record
<br />Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Six (6) and the West Half (W1 /2) of Lot Seven (7), Block Sixty -Seven (67),
<br />Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Robert L. Shriner, Jr. and
<br />Pamela J. Shriner, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest
<br />due in respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated December
<br />1, 1992, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
