200303711 <br />"C and described also as Tillage Easement I and Tillage Easement 2. <br />4. Grantors James R. Ford and Louise M. Ford, husband and wife, their heirs, successors and <br />assigns, shall be responsible for using this property in a reasonable manner so as not to <br />unnecessarily damage the property subject to the easement and/or unnecessarily interfere with the <br />utilization by Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns of this property burdened by this easement <br />and as more particularly described in Exhibit `B" and "C. The parties to this agreement <br />understand and agree that the property as described on Exhibit `B" and °C is the property <br />subject to this easement over which Grantee, his heirs, successors and assigns, shall have full and <br />complete access for purposes herein expressed. In addition a land survey has been prepared by <br />Rockwell and Associates dated on or about January 7, 2003 which survey depicts the noted <br />Tillage Easements I and 2 and which survey shall be referenced for purposes of further identifying <br />the easements. <br />6.
