200303704 <br />B.Except as previously disclosed and acknowledged in writing to Beneficiary, Trusror and every tenant have been. are, and shall <br />remain in full compliance with any applicable Environmental Law. <br />G Truster shall immediately notify Beneficiary if er release or threatened Meuse of a Hazardous Substance occurs on, under or noun( <br />the Property or there is a violation of any Environmental Law concerning the Property. ICTmstor signs this Security Instrument but does not sign on evidence of debt, Trust, <br />does so only to mortgage'I'rustor's interest in the Property to secure payment ofthe Secured Debt and Truster does not agree to be <br />personally liable on the Secured Debt. If this Sea Uri ty Instrument secures a guaranty between Beneficiary and Trustoq Trustuf <br />agmcs to waive any rights [hat may prevent �eneficiary from bringing any action or claim ageinst'I'ruster or any party indebted <br />under the obligation. SEVERABILITY; INTERPRE'1'A'I ION. This Security Instrument is complete and fully integrated. The Secured Debt iodates a revolving line ofcredit. Although the Secured Debt may be reduced to a Tern <br />balance, this Security Instrument will remain in effect until released. <br />19. APPLICABLE LAW. This Security Instrument is governed by the laws as agreed to in the Secured Debt, except to the extent <br />required by the laws of lhejurisdiction where the property is located, and applicable federal Imes and regulations. <br />28. RIDERS.
