<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />For valuable consideration, heretofore received, the undersigned does hereby release and
<br />discharge the lien created by a certain Deed of Trust executed by ARNOLD F SCHUCHMAN,
<br />SINGLE PERSON, FEE SIMPLE and James B. Miller as Trustee for the benefit of Liberty
<br />Mortgage Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 7TH, 1997 and recorded
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, INSTRUMENT NUMBER
<br />97- 100154 , and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents,
<br />grant, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust insofar as said Deed of Trust
<br />encumbers the following described property in HALL County, NEBRASKA to -wit:
<br />LOT 1, SCHUCHMAN SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, and improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
<br />This release is specifically intended to release only the lien on the above described property but
<br />in no way releases the underlying debt.
