KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />KIM J FJELDHEIM, AKA KIM JAY FJELDHEIM AND WENDY C FJELDHEIM AKA
<br />WENDY CORRINE FJELDHEIM, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 19, 2002 and recorded AUGUST 20, 2002 in the Office of the HALL

<br />0200208734 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
