<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />You are hereby notified that Sandra N. Barker, an unmarried person, an Trustor, did on or about March 3l,
<br />2000, retake, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Toaster conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Suite No. Four (4), Allene Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, being
<br />part of Unit One, Lot Two (2), Block Bight (8) Replan, Continental Gardens, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Truster obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />Trust which was recorded on March 31, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200002535.
<br />On or about March 31, 2000, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Decd of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded March 31,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of I Ial l County, Ncbruska, as Instrument No. 0200002536.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Truster for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed oft rust to satisfy said obligation.
