<br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jesus Nevarez, Veronica Nevarez, Jerry J. Milner,
<br />Trustee, and Associates Financial Services Company, Inc, Beneficiary, as defendants, the object and prayer
<br />of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Jesus Nevarez
<br />and Veronica Nevarez, husband and wife, to the Corporate Lawyer, as 'Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Mortgage Express, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter
<br />described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other
<br />equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated February 9, 2000, and was duly recorded on February 11,
<br />2000, as Instrument No. 0200001179 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed
<br />to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
