<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DONALD T BROOKS JR AND CAROLYN 7 BROOKS, HUSBAND AND WIFE t\
<br />to AREND R BAACIC, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated SEPTEMBER 23. 1993 and recorded SEPTEMBER 29.1993 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUN'T'Y, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />93- 108425 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />NOW T13EREFORE, inconsideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK FIVE (5), KAY DEL+ SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
