<br />line of said NW1 /4 at a distance of 1,289.10 Feet, thence deflecting right 56
<br />degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds and running Northeasterly a distance of 1,248.40,
<br />thence deflecting left 05 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds and running Northeasterly
<br />a distance of 181.27 feet, thence deflecting right 113 degrees 27 minutes 50
<br />seconds and running Southeasterly a distance of 35.97 feet to a point on the
<br />Southeasterly right -of -way line to a point on the road, this being the ACTUAL place
