<br />CHAPMAN AND CHERLL CHAPMAN HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK
<br />as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated MARCH 6. 1� 998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County,
