Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JANE MCALLISTER A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated OCTOBER 18. 1999 and recorded OCTOBER 29. 1999
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />99 110455 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE EAST FORTY (40) FEET OF LOT SIX (G), AND THE WEST TWENTY (20) FEET
<br />OF LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK ONE (1), RIEF'S ADDITION 1'O THE VILLAGE OF
<br />DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
