200303331 <br />(6) GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real properly at public auction on February 20, 2003 at or <br />about 10:00 A.M., at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, in the sum of Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Ninety -Five Dollars and Ninety -Seven Cents (S30,895.97) as the highest bid upon said real property. <br />GRANTOR has complied with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Star. §§ 76 -1001 through 76 -1018 (Reissue 1996), <br />in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Salo held on February 20, 2003. <br />This Decd shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title, interest <br />and claim of the Truster, and his or her successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under him <br />or her, in and to the above - described real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to such <br />property acquired by the Trustor or his or her successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the Decd of <br />Trust. <br />This Deed is subject to all casements, restrictions or covenants of record which GRANTOR is not entitled <br />to convey pursuant to Neb. Rev.
