200303331 (6) GRANTOR conducted the sale of the real properly at public auction on February 20, 2003 at or about 10:00 A.M., at the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 111 West First Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. GRANTOR accepted the bid of Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, in the sum of Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety -Five Dollars and Ninety -Seven Cents (S30,895.97) as the highest bid upon said real property. GRANTOR has complied with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Star. §§ 76 -1001 through 76 -1018 (Reissue 1996), in the exercise of the sale of the real property described herein at the Trustee's Salo held on February 20, 2003. This Decd shall operate to convey to the GRANTEE, the GRANTOR'S title and all right, title, interest and claim of the Truster, and his or her successors in interest and of all persons claiming by, through or under him or her, in and to the above - described real property, including all such right, title, interest and claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustor or his or her successors in interest subsequent to the execution of the Decd of Trust. This Deed is subject to all casements, restrictions or covenants of record which GRANTOR is not entitled to convey pursuant to Neb. Rev. Star. § 76- 1010(2) (Reissue 1996).
