Metzger And F. K. Metzger, Wata F. Kalynda Metzger (the <br />'Debtor') which was recorded in the county of Hall, State of Nebraska, as DOCUMENT NO. <br />200203391 on March 291h, 2002 (the "Subordinated Instrument ") covering real property located <br />in Grand Island in the above -named county of Hall, Slate of Nebraska, as more particularly <br />described in the Subordinated Instrument (the "Property "). <br />LOT 13, BLOCK 1, LAKE DAVIS ACRES SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust/mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument ").
