<br />TRUSTEES DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to EMC MORTGAGE COMPANY,
<br />MacArthur Ridge II, 909 Hidden Ridge Drive, Suite 200, Irving,
<br />Texas 75038, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Twelve (12), Block Four (4), Dodd and Marshall
<br />Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated December 8, 2000, and recorded on December
<br />12, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Book Document No. 2000 -10767 Page wherein Roy T.
<br />Oberle and Melissa A. Oberle, husband and wife are named Trustors;
<br />and Homeside Lending, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $64,966.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated August 29, 2002, made by
<br />Homeside Lending, Inc., f /k /a Bancboston Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company. The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on
<br />September 5, 2002, Instrument No. 2002 -09314 in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment of the
<br />following conditions, as specified in the Trust Deed, authorize
