Foadt and Kenneth Freidt, wife and husband, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 1, <br />1999 as Instrument No. 0099111428 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT ONE (1), BLOCK ONE (1), LAKE DAVIS ACRES <br />SUBDIVISION, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terns of said Decd of Trust.
