The work, labor, skill and materials were done and performed and furnished by Middleton Electric, Inc., under a written agreement for the providing electrical construction at the premises in the above - described real estate for a total charge of $106,040.00, and an oral agreement for providing electrical construction and repair at the premises in the above described real estate for a total charge of $96,797.53 for a total of $202,837.53. A copy of the written agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit " T' and made a part hereof by reference. 7. At the time said contract was made and labor and materials furnished and delivered, L.U.D. Investments, L.L.C., was the record owner of said premises according to information conveyed to your Affiant. The date the last materials provided or furnished was November 26, 2002. 8. That said labor was performed on, and materials were furnished for, delivered at, and used in said buildings on said real estate between the dates December 31, 2001, and November 26, 2002. 9. The prices charged therefor are fair and reasonable, and there remains a balance due and payable of $123,513.96. 10. A true and correct copy of this Construction Lien and Notice was mailed to the above by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid on March 19, 2003. FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
