For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Barry A. Stange and Alberta M. Stange, Husband and Wife, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of the Beneficiary,dated as of September 10, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, in Inst 0200109224, on September 12, 2001,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
