WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated February 25, 1993, and executed by The Meyer Five Partnership, as Trustor, in <br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as <br />Document No. 93- 101491 at the Register of Dccds office of Hall County dated February 26, 1993, and � <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Westerly Fifty Six (W56') feet of Lot Seven (7), in Block Ninety-Nine (99) in Railroad Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, I tall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of 'I lust have been fully paid; <br />NOW 'THEREFORE, in accordance with suoh request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />au it led thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WI I NESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reeonveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 27 °i day of February, 2003. <br />SAC POINTS <br />Rx• •• g FIVE PO TS RANK.
