SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST <br />Effective as of March 6, 2003 and FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, the beneficiary or the successor to the <br />beneficiary named below, hereby absolutely sells, delivers, sets over, grants, conveys, assigns <br />and transfers, without recourse, representation or warranty, except as set forth in that certain <br />Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 6, 2003 (the "Purchase Agreement ") by and <br />between Ag Capital Company, a Delaware corporation ( "Seller "), and Metropolitan Life <br />Insurance Company, a New York corporation ( "Purchaser "), all its right, title and interest in and <br />to that certain Deed of Trust executed by Robert M.
