Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured by the trust deed, dated AUGUST 24, 1998,

<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to the undersigned, Earl Ahlschwede, Attorney and member
<br />of the Nebraska Bar Association, of P.O. Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska as trustee, and recorded on AUGUST 31, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 98- 108468, has been paid on

<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank, formerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal
<br />Savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and
<br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to
<br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located
<br />in HALL County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />THE WESTERLY TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT SEVEN (7) AND ALL OF LOT SIX (6), BLOCK ONE
