<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among VICKI D
<br />BLODGETT AND ROBERT N BLODGETT JR., wife and husband, Trustor, and Central
<br />National Bank as Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated August 14, 2001, and
<br />recorded on August 15, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 2001 -08195 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of'Fmst has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as'fmstee, under said Deed of Trust be reeonveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />THE SOUTH ONE HALF (SI /2) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SF,1 /4) OF THE
<br />NORTHEAST QUARTER (NEl /4) OF SECTION FIFTEEN (15), IN TOWNSHIP TEN
