<br />C/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The Easterly Two (2) Feet of Lot Ten (10) and all of Lot
<br />Eleven (11), Block Seven (7), Morris Fifth Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated April 22, 1999, and recorded on April 28,
<br />1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Document #99- 104377 wherein Ryan Holmberg and
<br />Cassandra Holmberg, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First
<br />American Title insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor
<br />granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $74,862.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc. to Fleet
<br />Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment dated April 22, 1999 and recorded
<br />on April 28, 1999 in Document #99- 104378 in the Office of the
