<br />Seller hereby agrees to sell and convey to Buyer, and Buyer
<br />agrees to purchase from Seller, the following- described real
<br />property, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, and hereinafter
<br />called the "Property," to -wit:

<br />to ether with all appurtenances permanently affixed thereon.
<br />(1) Purchase Price and Manner of Payment. As purchase price
<br />for the above described real property, the Seller hereby agrees to
<br />accept, and the u ; er reby agrees to pay, the total sum of M'-
<br />i payable as follows:

<br />(a) The sum of $ paid upon execution of this
<br />Contract, which amount the Seller receipts for.

<br />on any monthly payment date, all without penalty.
<br />Any prepayment privilege granted herein is
<br />conditioned upon Buyer having made all required
<br />payments and having performed all of the terms
<br />required of her by this Contract. Any prepayment
<br />made hereunder does not affect the required
<br />monthly payment due thereunder but must be in
<br />addition thereto.
